How do I get access to my medical records at Nisa Premier Hospital? For you, as a patient, there are processes in place to allow you easily have access to our medical records at Nisa Premier Hospital. Your bedside nurse or nurse manager of the hospital unit can help you with this upon request.
After you are discharged or at the end of your care episode, you may request copies of the finalized patient record. Contact Health Information Management on this number: +234 817 421 0172 for more information. Hours are 8 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday – Friday.
